Participants are responsible for arranging their own examination with OETC.

• Registration fees are payable at the time of registration or by prior arrangement.
• Payment for registration may be made by major credit card or cheque.
• Purchase orders are welcome.
• Registration may be cancelled without penalty as close as 10 calendar days before the event.
• Cancellations within 9 calendar days of the start of the event are subject to a $50 administration fee per participant. Registration fees (less penalty, if any) will be refunded or a credit note given, as you wish.
• Group sizes are limited on some courses; registrations will be accepted and acknowledged in order of receipt.
• Joining instructions which include start time, printed material where necessary, venue, nearby accommodation and a map will be sent with registration confirmation.
